🌿 You've been making yourself smaller. Let's talk about that. ✨

Hello Reader,

At some point — and you probably can't pinpoint exactly when — you started adjusting your life to fit your symptoms instead of addressing the symptoms.

  • You stopped raising your hand in meetings because the brain fog makes you feel less sharp.
  • You said no to the trip because you didn't know how you'd feel.
  • You pulled back from the promotion because you're not sure you have the bandwidth.
  • You got quieter. More careful. More small.

And it felt like self-protection. Like being realistic.

But I want to gently offer another frame: you've been shrinking yourself to fit a season that is temporary.

Seasons of change are real. The exhaustion is real. The fog is real. The overwhelm is real. I'm not minimizing any of it.

But the decisions you make because of those symptoms — the opportunities you don't pursue, the version of yourself you put on hold — those have a longer shelf life than the symptoms themselves.

You don't have to wait until you feel better to start living like yourself again.

What's one thing you've stopped doing — or never started — because of how you've been feeling? I genuinely want to know. Hit reply.

And if you're ready to stop shrinking and start building the last few precious months of 2026 with intention, let's talk. This is exactly the work I do.

You are not too much. You are not too little. You are right on time. 🌿

To your boldest chapter yet,
Andrea

Hello Reader, You used to feel like yourself. Confident. Energized. Clear. And then somewhere along the way — maybe gradually, maybe all at once — you started wondering who this person is and where you went. The brain fog. The irritability that comes out of nowhere. The anxiety that didn't exist five years ago. The ambition that feels muted. The body that doesn't respond the way it used to. You're not broken. You're not weak. And you are absolutely not "just stressed." What you're...

Hello Reader, Burnout says: I need a break. The wrong chapter says: I need a different life. Both feel exhausting. Both make you want to disappear for a while. But the fixes are completely different and confusing one for the other is one of the most expensive mistakes I see women make. Here's how to tell them apart: It's probably burnout if: You used to love this work (or life) and can imagine loving it again Rest and recovery actually help, even a little The exhaustion is situational — a bad...

Hello Reader, Quick question: have you ever felt like you're doing everything right: eating well, working out, trying to take care of yourself and your body is just not cooperating? Hot flashes that won't quit. Brain fog that makes you feel like a stranger in your own head. Sleep that disappears at 2am and doesn't come back. I've been there. And what I finally learned changed everything. I just published a new blog that breaks down what's actually driving these symptoms and the simple,...
