What’s Draining Your Spark (and How to Get It Back)

Back in October, we talked about slowing down and simply being. ☕

Now that we’ve learned to pause, it’s time for the next step—noticing where our energy actually goes.

Here’s your mini challenge for the week:
✨ Do a 10-minute Energy Audit.

Grab a piece of paper (or your phone notes app, or even a cocktail napkin🍸 ) and create two columns:

Column A: “Gives Me Energy”
​Column B: “Takes My Energy”

Think of your people, your habits, your work, your spaces—everything counts.

When you see it written out, it becomes crystal clear where your fizz is leaking away.

Now for the best part:
You don’t have to fix it all. Just shift one thing from Column B to Column A this week.

Maybe that means:

  • Turning off email notifications after 8PM 📱
  • Saying no to a project that doesn’t spark joy 💬
  • Planning one joyful thing that’s just for you 💕

Tiny shifts create powerful energy momentum.
