What If You Relaxed Right Now?

Hello Reader,

Let’s play a little game—close your laptop, take a deep breath, and for just a few minutes, pretend the to-do list doesn’t exist. (Because right now, it doesn’t have to.)

The truth is, I’ve spent most of my life doing. Building a career. Raising four daughters. Launching new businesses. Taking care of everyone else. Somewhere along the way, I got really good at productivity… but not always at peace.

Then one recent morning, I looked over at Lincoln sprawled out in a sunny patch on the floor—completely content, not a single “should” on his mind—and I thought, maybe he’s the wisest one in the house. 🐾

What if we all gave ourselves permission to do that once in a while?

To rest without guilt.
To enjoy the quiet without labeling it “lazy.”
To stop managing the moment—and simply live in it.

Because here’s what I’ve learned (and re-learned):
✨ The world doesn’t stop when you rest.
✨ Your dreams don’t fade when you pause.
✨ And your fizz—your joy, your creativity, your spark—comes bubbling back when you stop trying so hard to make it happen.

So maybe today’s your invitation to pour another cup of coffee, stretch out on the couch, or take that walk with no destination.

No goals. No guilt. Just being.

Bubbles Up!
💖Andrea

P.S. I’d love to see what your “just being” looks like today—reply and tell me, or share a snapshot in our Work Life Queens 40+ group. Let’s remind each other that slowing down isn’t falling behind—it’s how we refill our fizz.

Hello Reader, If you were to walk into my house right now, you’d think I was throwing a party for 50 of my closest friends, with a few thousand bubbles, and a small mountain of ribbon. 🎀 There are candles everywhere (I’m convinced they multiply when I’m not looking), stacks of T's for the Fizzwear line, and enough snacks to fuel a small army—or one woman deep in Ladies Night prep. Lincoln the dog is trying to do quality control on the snack pile and I’m over here trying to decide if the...
